The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Estimator to join the team and drive success and deliver results! The successful person will scope jobs, prepare accurate cost and time estimates. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail – we want you on the team!
- Providing accurate job estimating / quoting
- Assist clients to achieve results with their budget
- Liaise with internal & external customers to formulate estimates, make changes and adjustments to estimates
- Timely preparation of tender documents
- Review scopes of work, drawings, specifications to ensure accurate proposals
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing
About You
- Trade Certificate desirable
- 2 years minimum experience in an estimating role
- Competent in the use of the suite of Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
