The Opportunity
As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the full contract lifecycle for commercial plumbing projects. This includes managing tenders, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance and coordinating stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tenders and contract administration
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and variations
- Overseeing compliance, risk management and quality assurance
- Coordinating project resources and stakeholder communication
- Tracking financials and preparing contract status reports
About You
You’re an experienced professional who can balance commercial outcomes with client expectations while managing multiple priorities. You communicate clearly, think strategically and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Administrator or similar role in the construction or plumbing industries
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with project management or construction software
Desirable:
- Knowledge of plumbing trade practices, materials and processes
