The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic to join the team with a focus on delivering precision, customer service and industry expertise. A mechanical repairs workshop that specialises in Road transport, earthmoving equipment and light vehicles.
The role is workshop based with the provision of a call-out service for Gladstone and surrounding areas. Experience with diagnostics and an ability to strip and rebuild engines required.
About You
- Diesel Mechanic
- 5+ years’ experience
- Experience with Road transport, earthmoving and light vehicles
- Diagnostics skills
- Shows initiative with excellent fault-finding skills
- Strip engines and rebuild with time pressures
- Physically fit
Your Reward
- Salary $60 - $75/hour flat rate
- Flexible roster – 10 hour days / 48 hour week
