The Opportunity 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or advance their career in accounting. You’ll receive hands-on training and work alongside intermediate and senior accountants to build real capability. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Providing bookkeeping services, including reconciliations, payroll and invoicing 
• Setting up clients with automation tools and accounting systems 
• Assisting with basic financials and income tax returns under supervision 
• Preparing BAS, IAS and payroll calculations with training provided 
• Managing payments, invoices and general ledger entries
• Supporting administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones and scheduling meetings 
• Communicating with clients by phone and email to support their day-to-day queries
