The Opportunity
Join our team as a Lead Draftsperson and play a crucial role in preparing 3D conceptual models and technical engineering drawings for diverse projects across the commercial, mining and industrial sectors.
Lead the Drafting team, ensuring technically proficient designs that meet client needs cost effectively. As well as creating detailed drawings, assist with quoting, monitoring job budgets and resource management.

About You
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering is desirable
- 10+ years’ experience as a draftsperson
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes, construction techniques and detailing practices
- Experience with 3D modelling using point clouds and survey data to produce an engineering drawing set
- Experienced team leader – able to motivate and ensure excellence and continuous improvement
- AutoCAD experience essential
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Recap Pro, Scene or other drafting suits is desirable
- Heavy industry experience an advantage
- Driver’s license
