The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, motivated & passionate Site Supervisor with TMR experience to manage & oversee the civil construction sites of our client. Working as part of a committed team, your responsibilities are ensuring that the projects are completed at the highest standard, focusing on the safety standards on site, and the ability to deliver within budget and on time.

About You

To be considered for the role of Site Supervisor, you Must Possess:

  • Minimum 5 years Experience Supervision of TMR projects
  • Certificate IV Civil Construction Supervision, or equivalent
  • Valid Car Licence or higher
  • High understanding TMR Specifications
  • High level of Communication skills
  • Liaise and collaborate with the project manager in ensuring safe delivery of projects on time and in budget
  • Ability to plan & co-ordinate all works on site
  • Strong ability to Read & Interpret Plans
  • Capable of managing multiple crews: plant, sub-contractors, skilled workers
  • Organise and manage materials on site in a sufficient, cost-effective manner
  • Demonstrated ability and proven history of managing all WHS, quality, environmental management, and community relations issues on all sites
  • Ability to effectively conduct daily pre-starts & SWMS
  • Report all activities that occur on site each day, in accordance with project specification and company quality, OHS, environmental plans, policies, and procedures
  • Must be willing & able to pass a drug & alcohol test
